Before I started coaching, everything felt overwhelming. My responsibilities felt impossible to complete and I constantly felt like I was drowning. My "to-do" list continued to grow longer and more daunting. As soon as Andrea and I met for our first consultation, my mind was put at ease.
I felt like she understood how my brain worked and never made me feel ashamed. Andrea comes to every session with a positive attitude and a smiling face, which meant a lot since we often spoke about difficult things. The way Andrea approaches coaching made my weaknesses and difficulties feel like I could conquer them.
Since beginning coaching, I have a much better handle on my daily responsibilities. The strategies that I developed with Andrea have helped me to get on top of my school work, my job, and my personal responsibilities. I feel much more equipped to handle overwhelming and stressful situations given the tools and methods Andrea has helped me build.
My favorite thing about coaching with Andrea is that she made me feel understood. I had never spoken to someone who completely understood what I was thinking and why I was having trouble succeeding. I look forward to coaching every week because I can speak with someone who understands what I am experiencing. I would recommend coaching with Andrea to anyone who wants to make a change in their lives and struggles with ADHD. She has a deep understanding of how ADHD affects women and can provide her clients with meaningful and effective solutions that really work!
