After getting diagnosed with ADHD, I was struggling to figure out how to build structure in my life to gain traction so that I would have the time and energy to pursue my bigger life goals.
Andrea worked with me to develop a morning routine and helped me discover which tasks and behaviors were the most helpful for me to feel energized. This allowed me to gain momentum to start the rest of my day. The accountability she offered me to establish a morning routine was paramount – we created a plan where I would check-in with her every morning after completing my routine. This was exactly the push I needed to make it happen! She’s also helped me in countless other areas of my life where I have been struggling for direction.
I value that our sessions give me a dedicated space to talk through my goals, my challenges, my obstacles, and my successes. I absolutely love how supportive and encouraging Andrea is. She is truly in this journey with me, and she takes the time to celebrate my growth. I have gained so much insight about myself, and coaching has allowed me to develop a more positive and empowered mindset. I feel much more confident in who I am and what I want in life.
Along with this, I now have concrete strategies, techniques, and tools to manage my ADHD.
